Leadership Team

Shruti Singhal

President and Chief Executive Officer

Shruti Singhal is Mativ’s President and Chief Executive Officer and serves on its Board of Directors. Shruti brings extensive expertise leading transformations through strong operational and commercial execution, profitability initiatives, and driving innovation. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Galata Chemicals and Chroma Color.

Prior to his appointment as Mativ’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Shruti served on the Board of Directors as the Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee and also on the Compensation Committee, and he previously served on the Audit Committee.

Throughout his career, Shruti has worked in North America and Europe, and has held roles of increasing responsibility at global businesses including DSM, General Cable, Solenis, Ashland, The Dow Chemical Company, Rohm and Haas, Cognis (now BASF) and Henkel.

In addition to his extensive professional achievements, he has contributed to various respected organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Main Line Indian Association, acted as Secretary and Commissioner for the Mayor’s Commission on Asian American Affairs, and been a Board Member of the National Association of Manufacturers.

Shruti holds a MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, a BS in Chemical Engineering and completed the Global Marketing Management Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Minder

Chief Financial Officer 

Scott Minder, Chief Financial Officer, Mativ

Scott Minder is Mativ’s Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Mativ, Scott served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Hyster-Yale, Inc. He previously held senior finance leadership roles at ATI Inc. and PPG Industries, where he oversaw investor relations, treasury, and global business finance. Earlier in his career, Scott held finance and operational leadership positions with Penske Logistics and General Motors.

Scott earned a B.S. in Management from Kettering University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Ryan Elwart

Group President

Ryan Elwart is Mativ’s Group President.

Ryan joined Mativ from Georgia-Pacific, where he most recently served as the Chief Customer Officer for the GP Consumer Products Group. In this position, he led a combined sales and commercial capability organization for the consumer business, including retail and B2B sales, eCommerce, training, customer planning, category management, and sales strategy for the company’s retail and commercial segments. Prior to Georgia Pacific, Ryan also held multiple sales positions at PepsiCo and Hormel Foods.

Ryan is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

Mark Johnson

Chief Legal and Administrative Officer  

Mark Johnson is Mativ’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer.

Prior to joining Mativ, Mark served as executive vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary for Kimball International. He also served as president of Kimball International’s Hospitality business unit. He previously held leadership roles at Newell Brands and was a commercial litigation associate for McGuire Woods, LLP.

Mark graduated from Hampton University with a BS in Business Management and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School.

Rajeev Kapur

Chief Information Officer

Rajeev Kapur is Mativ’s Chief Information Officer, having formerly served as the company’s Vice President of Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence.

Prior to joining Mativ in 2022, Rajeev was the Vice President of Commercial Transformation at Kimberly Clark. He previously served as Kimberly Clark’s first Chief Data Officer. Rajeev has also held multiple leadership roles at global brand organizations including Under Armor, Newell Brands, Nike Inc., and Lucent Technologies. 

Rajeev graduated from the University at Albany with his MBA in Information Systems in 1994. He also has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Further, Rajeev sits on the board of the Americas SAP User Group and serves on the Finance committee. 

Titus Davis

Executive Vice President, Operations

Titus Davis is Mativ’s Executive Vice President, Operations.

Titus started with SWM International in 2020 and has advanced through a series of leadership roles in operations and plant management. Following SWM’s merger with Neenah to form Mativ in 2022, he continued to expand his responsibilities, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Operations before assuming his current role. Prior to joining SWM, Titus held management positions in process improvement, safety, and production with companies including Cryovac and Tyson Foods.

Titus earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from East Tennessee State University.

Megan Fredrick

Chief Human Resources Officer

Megan is Mativ’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Megan served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she partnered with commercial and center-led functional leaders to shape and execute HR strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.

Before joining Mativ in 2022, Megan spent more than six years at Newell Brands in progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Senior Manager of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, Megan held HR management positions at Ignite USA and AHIMA.

Megan earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Clemson University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.

Corey Ritchie

Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Corey Ritchie is Mativ’s Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain.

Corey started with Neenah in 2005 and has steadily advanced through a variety of supply chain and operations leadership roles. Following Neenah’s merger with SWM to form Mativ in 2022, he continued to take on increasing responsibilities, holding positions in production planning, supply chain solutions, and sales operations management, ultimately serving as Vice President of Supply Chain before assuming his current role in 2025.

Corey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Operations Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

Mike Woody

Chief Procurement Officer

Michael Woody is Mativ’s Chief Procurement Officer.

Michael began his career in 2000 with Kimberly-Clark in supply chain and operations roles and transitioned to Neenah following its 2004 spinoff. Over the years, he advanced through leadership positions in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management. After Neenah’s merger with SWM to form Mativ in 2022, Michael continued to expand his responsibilities, serving as Vice President of Procurement before assuming his current role in 2024.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Organization Management from the University of Wisconsin.
